One of our favorite parts of designing is collecting inspiration.  Take pictures of what inspires you!  It can be anything from the great outdoors to your favorite colors or your favorite outfit.  We want this to be a collaborative experience so you can be proud to wear your piece.

Struggling to come up with ideas?  No problem, when we book your appointment, we will send a short survey to help gather some preferences in a fun quick way!

While we're happy to look at hats you love, we do not copy other hat designer's styles.  We can use that type of imagery to inspire your own hat, but out of respect for the other makers in the world we will not duplicate another person's hat.

We can't wait to work with you!   The next step is to schedule a booking time with us.  

Upon receiving your booking time, we will send you a fun short survey to fill out to capture your personal style ahead of our conversation with you. This survey, in conjunction with your pictures and ideas will help us be prepared to have the most impactful consultation meeting.

At the end of the consultation, we will request a non-refundable deposit based on the price of the hat you've selected. If you chose not to move forward with hat, there will be no additional charge beyond the booking fee.

The booking fee, should you choose to purchase a hat will go toward the final cost of the hat.  See our terms and conditions for additional information.

After our collab session, we take what we discussed and start building your hat to your preferences.  We will pin it all together and construct as much as we can.  Once we have it compiled before we do the 'final' work like branding and sewing, we will capture images of the hat to be shared with you.

After the basic hat is pulled together, we will email you the images of the hat for final sign off. We are happy to make minor tweaks at this juncture before the hat is finalized.  If the changes extend beyond 1 or 2 small changes additional fees may apply.  We will let you know before the costs are incurred.

Once we have your sign off on the final design, we will complete the hat!

Your hat is ready to ship at this point!  We will request the final payment for the hat, with tax and shipping. Once received, we'll get your hat in the mail!
